Construction is underway at Hearth House, ARKA’s flagship luxury
student residence on Hulse Road, Southampton.
Set for completion in summer 2027, the development will provide 192 studio apartments (198 beds) across five storeys, with a basement offering car and bike parking. A marketing suite, including a sample studio apartment, will be open for student visits from January 2027.
