Our first flagship development - Hearth House, located in Southampton - sets the benchmark for what we represent.

Construction has begun on Hearth House – a landmark boutique design-led student 
residence located on Hulse Road in Southampton. Comprising 198 luxury studio apartments 
across five storeys plus a basement including car and bike parking, Hearth House brings 
together curated calm spaces with our vision for wellbeing focused living.

The on-site marketing suite with sample studio apartment will be ready for students to visit 
on site from end of January 2027 and Hearth House will open in September 2027.

Hearth House is the first of many Arka Living residences planned across key UK university cities.
